Set Custom DNS on Huawei B315 B618 B525 (Latest Firmware 2022)
Tested on B315, B618 and B525 in April 2022.
Its rather simple to do, to get to the DHCP setting page differs slightly per model, here is the B618 guide: open up your browsers web admin page, go to Advanced at top, Router, DHCP.
Should look like this with different IP of course:
I done this with Chrome which is the same in Brave but may be slightly different in Firefox, press F12 on your keyboard to bring up DevTools
Click Elements tab if its not already on it.
Press CTRL+F to open a search box.
Search for dhcp_dns as shown below:
Referring to image above where I circled the line, next to the dhcp_dns there is style="display: none;" you need to remove that, double click on it to select it then press delete on your keyboard and enter on your keyboard.
You should then have the option to set manual DNS like below:
Put your custom DNS in, Save and Reboot your router.

how to save the setting?
if the save button is still grayed out you can just change something else like the IP range to get the save button to be clickable.
